Case History
The patient is a 35 years old female normotensive, non diabetic, is a known case of Ca Breast IDC.
PET CT scan showed liver metastasis.
Her USG guided biopsy was done which showed IDC with ER-ve, Her2 3+ve.
2D Echo was done on 07/05/2023 which showed EF of 60-65 %.
She does not have any family history of carcinoma breast/ovary.
Her liver enzymes were remarkably high during the time of admission.
She was admitted for chemotherapy and optimization of liver functions.
She was started on Paclitaxel with Carboplatin along with Pertuzumab and Trastuzumab
Post 2 cycles there was remarkable response in the liver function.
Post 5 cycles , PET CT scan dated 25/09/2023 is suggestive of good response to therapy.
She completed 6 cycles of same and is now on maintainence of Pertuzumab and Trastuzumab.
