- NACT – 4 AC – 12T followed by left MRM
- yp T1b N2a – completed trastuzumab till 2015
- 2 years EFI
- July 2017 – metastatic disease

Case Details:
- Course from 2017 till 2019
- Abraxane plus trastuzumab
- Lapatinib plus capecitabine
- Trastuzumab plus everolimus
- Lipodox plus vinorelbine plus trastuzumab
- Trastuzumab plus lapatinib
- Kadcyla – started in Oct 2018
- Kadcyla continued till may 2019
- Progression on kadcyla
- Extensive skin lesions
- Biopsy – triple negative disease
- ER negative, PR negative and Her 2 neu negative on IHC
- Started on gemcitabine plus carboplatin
- Received 8 cycles so far
- Clinically better from cycle 2
- In view of her 2 being negative on IHC , FISH was done
- FISH was positive for her 2 neu
